Now I'm not trying to be a pessimist here, but when we take some of the expectations that add way too much pressure to a small body of people behind a non profit, it allows them to thrive as they work to fight injustices. Find out why your non profit should share the behind the scenes details with the people who care about your cause to help inspire them to donate time and time again.    Thank you for listening, click here to read this episode's blog post at www.kaitlynnblackco.com/blog .  Follow us on Instagram @oftheoceanpodcast & @kaitlynnblackco
